Creating A Digital Design
The first step is making the digital design file from the artwork shared by the clients. Depending on the details and complexity of the artwork, the digitalization of the file might take a few hours. We make four types of files with the help of Wilcom software. The first file is .emb file, which includes information about the digitized design. The second file is the .dst file, which includes stitching instructions. The third file is .pdf file, which includes the trims, stitch count, and color. However, we also create .cnde and .pes files for our clients.
Uploading File Into The Embroidery Machine
Once the digitized files are ready, we upload them to the embroidery machine. We use the USB cable to upload the files and double-check the supported format. When the file is uploaded, the machine is turned on to begin the tracing and sizing process. We use a 2x bigger fusing to make sure the needle doesn’t bump into the hoop.
Installing A Stabilizer

Positioning The Fabric
After determining the location on the fabric, we position and secure the fabric in a fusing and put it under the needle. The needle is also positioned at the marked point to make sure the embroidery process starts smoothly.
Monitoring
Once the digitized files We also monitor the embroidery process constantly to eliminate any errors. Once the embroidery is complete, we check the design to ensure its accuracy.
